Buying
How do I buy a domain?
Open the listing and choose Buy it now. You pay by card through Stripe Checkout. We transfer the asset by hand once payment clears, usually within one business day.
Can I make an offer?
Yes. Use Make an offer on the listing. Offers reach us by email and we reply to you.
Is there a buyer fee?
No. You pay the listed price. We cover Stripe's processing. See Fees.
Can I see the site before I buy?
Each domain has a live lander. Each number on a listing names its source, and a missing one reads None.
Can I save a search?
Yes, once signed in. Save a search from Browse and we email new matches.
Selling
How do I list something?
Start with Sell. You describe the asset and we review it before it goes live.
What does selling cost?
No listing fee today. Commission is set per listing during review and quoted in writing before you list. You can decline.
How is my price set?
You set it. The free valuation gives an estimate to help, not advice.
Can I sell privately?
Yes. Market One Private keeps a sale off the site and puts an NDA first.
Can you sell it for me?
Yes. See managed sales. Commission is quoted per sale.
Payments
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe Checkout. Larger deals can use Escrow.com, arranged on request. See Escrow.
Which currency?
Prices show in US dollars.
Do I get a receipt?
Stripe emails one after payment.
What if the transfer fails?
A buyer whose transfer fails is refunded. See the terms.
Transfer
How does a transfer work?
We do it by hand after payment clears. For a domain that means the registrar push or transfer code, and we tell you each step by email.
How long does it take?
Usually within one business day of payment. Registrar rules can add time, and the listing says if so.
What do I get?
Each listing has an Includes list. Only what is on it transfers.
What if something is wrong?
Tell us. The terms give a buyer 7 days after transfer to report a problem.

How do I sign in?
With Omxus (auth.omxus.com). Choose Sign in and follow the prompts.
How do I message a seller?
Use Messages on the listing, once signed in.
How do I delete my account?
Send us a request with the form below.
