Verified ownership

Market One holds the domains it lists. A listing marked Managed by Market One means we control the name and can transfer it.

Sourced numbers

Revenue, traffic and age carry the name of where they came from. Where we have no number, the page says None.

Stripe checkout

Buy it now pays through Stripe Checkout. We never ask you to send money to an account quoted in an email.

Hand transfer

After payment clears, a person moves the asset to you, usually within one business day, and tells you when it is done.

List a site and we review it before it goes live, so buyers see a page they can trust. The seller commission is set per listing during review and quoted before you list. You never find a fee after the fact.

Where we are today

Honest about being new

Flippa shows hundreds of thousands of buyers and thousands of deals. We have not earned numbers like that, so we do not print them.

Market One is run by Iron Code Studios in Western Australia. We started with the domains and sites we own, and we are opening the doors to outside sellers as we go. When we have sales, buyer counts or reviews worth showing, they appear with their source. Until then you get a smaller market with fewer surprises.

Who runs Market One?

Iron Code Studios, Western Australia. Garrett and Tia run it. See managed sales for the team behind the service.

Is Market One an escrow service?

No. Buy it now payments go through Stripe Checkout and we transfer the asset by hand after payment clears. If a transfer fails we refund you. The terms set this out.

How long does a transfer take?

Usually within one business day after payment clears. Domain registrars can add time at their end, and we tell you if they do.

Can I trust the numbers on a listing?

Each number names its source. Where there is no source, the page says None rather than guess. Valuations are estimates, not advice.

What does it cost?

Buyers pay the listed price. We cover Stripe processing. Seller commission is quoted per listing before you list. See Fees.
