Market One Private

Sell quietly. Share nothing until the NDA is signed.

Some sales should not appear on a public page: a larger site, a portfolio, a business whose staff or customers do not know. Market One Private keeps the listing off the site and puts a signed NDA before any detail.

The process

NDA first, then the facts

Five steps. Nothing public at any stage.

  1. 1

    You enquire

Tell us the kind of asset and the size of the deal, without naming it.

  2. 2

    We send an NDA

A mutual non-disclosure agreement goes out before any detail changes hands. Sign it and we talk specifics.

  3. 3

    We prepare it privately

We gather the facts and the sources, agree a price range and write a short private summary. No public listing is made.

  4. 4

    We approach buyers

We share the summary with chosen buyers only after each one signs the NDA. You see who we approach and can veto any name.

  5. 5

    Offer, payment and transfer

You decide on offers. Payment and transfer follow the terms agreed for the deal, handled by us by hand.

What changes

Why this is different from a public listing

Off the site

No public page, no search result, no listing card. The asset appears nowhere on Market One.

NDA before detail

Every buyer signs before they see the name, the numbers or the site.

You approve the list

You see the buyers we propose and can strike any.

One contact

A single person at Market One runs the deal, so fewer people know about it.

Terms in writing

The commission and process are agreed with you in writing before we approach anyone.

Your own solicitor

For larger deals we recommend your own solicitor. We do not give legal advice.

Enquire

Tell us the outline

We answer by email. Please do not put anything confidential in this form.

We handle Private deals personally. We are new, so we publish no deal counts or values. We tell you plainly what we can and cannot do.

Prefer a managed sale on the public site? See managed sales.

We reply by email with a mutual NDA to sign before either side shares anything sensitive.

Questions

Private sales, plainly

What size of deal is Private for?
There is no fixed minimum. It suits anything where discretion matters more than reach. Tell us the size and we will say if we are the right fit.
Who sees my details?
You and the Market One team handling the deal. Buyers see them only after they sign the NDA.
What does it cost?
The commission is agreed in writing before we approach any buyer. We invent no percentage here. See Fees.
Is the NDA legally binding?
It is an agreement between the parties. Ask your own solicitor to read it. We do not give legal advice.
Can a buyer use Private?
Yes. Say what you are looking for and we will tell you if we hold, or can source, a match.

Next step

Ask for the NDA

It takes a minute. Nothing is shared until it is signed.
